All standard U.S. ground shipping is free within the United States.

2-day shipping is available at checkout for $20.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.  On special occasions during times of high volume orders, processing and shipments can potentially be delayed by a number of days.  Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking. If you did not receive an email confirmation outlining your shipment details, please check All Mail or any associated subsection of your email address as messages sometimes are delivered outside the Inbox.  Allow for 2-5 business days for our item tracking to update.  

USPS: Transit times are 1-10 business days depending on location and weather.  *If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out.  USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.


*All orders received Friday after 1 pm EST will ship the following Monday.

The following states have banned hemp CBD products and we do not offer to ship to these states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

Urban Hemp Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.  In an instance where you have received your order and the product is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  *Delivery date not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays beyond our control.


As a small business, our priority is to make sure you get the results you're wanting.  We hope you'll be completely satisfied with your products and will accept only unopened products within 10 days of purchase plus we ask that you pay to ship for these returns.  If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, we will replace or exchange the item. We cannot refund opened merchandise; however, we are committed to helping you find a product that will help you and may be able to negotiate an exchange or discount on your next purchase.  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us for more information. 

Before returning any item, please contact us to let us know a return is on its way. This is to ensure our staff is aware of an incoming item in a case where we don't receive your package.  Products must be returned in the same new condition. Urban Hemp Store reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.  *ALL Sale items are not eligible for return.

For returns within 10 days of delivery, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item, less shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns post-marked more than 10 days after the delivery date.  Please be sure to request a receipt when dropping your parcel off at USPS.  This will be needed in case your return parcel is lost in transit.


1. Contact us with your name and order number and let us know you'd like to make a return. Please be sure that you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return.  If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your return inquiry.

2. Package your return item with any product packaging if possible.  Pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.  You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.  Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost, or stolen in transit.

3. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue your refund via the same manner of payment received.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.  Urban Hemp Store cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Upon receiving your returned item, a subsequent inspection will take place to better understand what may have gone wrong during shipping or elsewhere.  We will send you an email to notify you that we have successfully received your item and will notify you of the status of your item and its approval or rejection for a refund.  If approved, a credit equivalent to the amount paid will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

LATE REFUNDS (if applicable)

If we have passed the 10-day refund window and you still cannot see a refund reflected in your statement, please double-check your bank account.  If you are still unable to find the refund reflected in your statement after double-checking, please reach out to your credit card company as it typically takes some time before your refund is officially posted on behalf of the credit card company after we issue the credit back.  If there is still an issue, or you purchased through debit, please reach out to your bank as there is often a processing time with the bank before a refund is posted.  If all of this has been done, and a refund is still unavailable in your account, please reach out to us.


Orders cannot be canceled once we have begun processing the order.  In order to promptly deliver our products to you, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order.  However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to send an email to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not, we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs.

If the order has not been shipped out, and we're able to cancel it, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment used to place the order.  Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.
